SPSG Single pane safety glass is thermally toughened glass. After this process, it can no longer be processed. Therefore, all processes, such as cutting, drilling or edge finishing, must be carried out beforehand.

Through unavoidable impurities in the glass manufacturing process, SPSG in particular can result in ‘spontaneous breakage’. This can be reduced by a H test. However, there is no 100% guarantee for breaking resistance.

With LSG Laminated safety glass, at least two layers are bonded using a technical process with an interlayer made of film. This film can be printed and supplied in different colours. Matt films can also be used and various combinations of glass types.

Fire-resistant glass comes in various different designs and fire-resistance classes. It can withstand different temperatures depending on the design and thickness. The amount of time it can withstand a fire also plays a big part in the classification of the glass. We have been working with skilled partners in this area for many years.
